INEKON GROUP, a.s, controls the companies in the INEKON Group. As such, it ensures especially strategic planning, trading and financing for the holding. Besides independent trading and financial investment activities, it coordinates the management of capital participations in the subsidiary companies. Currently, the holding includes 9 business units in the country and abroad.

Independent business activities of Inekon Group include:

• Purchase and sales of rail-borne vehicles (including modernization and deliveries of spare parts) and construction or re-construction of rail tracks.
• Trading in chemical, metallurgical and machine-engineering products
• Export of investment units (e. g. cement plants, waste water treatment plants)
