Outsourcing of the Controlling (“OC”) establishes a service for companies which have decided to entrust the controlling processes or part thereof, on a temporary or permanent basis, to external specialists.

Characteristics

After acquiring OC the company will obtain a benefit of the strong backing and support of specialists who know how to operate within the environment of Business Navigation System and are able quickly to respond to all the requirements, connected with client’s business. The scope of the service is to the full measure individual. It may involve regular activities or temporary covering of controlling capacities only – e.g. after departure of employees.

BNS – OC is to be conveniently used if …

… the controlling team is unstable and fluctuation of employees is imminent;
… the staff is unable perform complete controlling, whether because of lack of experience or a small number of workers;
… establishment of new management elements requires a long lasting intensive collaboration of specialists.

Structure

Outsourcing of the Controlling proceeds in a double way:

1. In site.
Inekon Systems specialists conducts controlling tasks straight at the client’s premises based on regular weekly regime.

2. Remote controlling.
All the required processes, namely, periodic reporting, planning, forecasting, etc., are performed by and from Inekon Systems, keeping the database with all the client’s required data. Management and specialists of the client’s entity unit thus become users of the results.

BNS – OC results

Problems resulting from departure of controlling specialists and training the new ones are non existent.
Possibility to implement more advanced and demanding methods of controlling management faster and more flexibly, when an untrained staff does not present any hindrance.
Company management is not forced to deal with technical aggregation of data from various systems and may concentrate its attention on decisions regarding conceptual issues.
