INEKON SYSTEMS provides companies with methodological procedures and tools enabling them to navigate to their business targets
Transparent management: BNS – Methodological service
Methodological service (“MS”) provides the processes of the top management so that they proceed according to the binding methodology. It gives them a clear, transparent and comprehensible logic and a repeated shape.
Characteristics
Creation of the controlling methodological documentation arises based on co-operation and mutual assistance of the client’s specialist staff and Inekon Systems consultants, who are supported by their extensive experiences from many comparable companies. An advantage with regard to establishment of the methodological service is the prior implementation of Business Navigation Systems within the company planning and controlling. MS thus conveniently links up with a clear modern system, interconnecting the strategic planning and analyses of results.
BNS – MS should be conveniently considered if…
… the company effectiveness is restricted by uncontrolled development of processes at all levels;
… the company by-laws do not lighten employees’ workload but on the contrary complicate options of delegating powers;
… the efforts to set up the methodological system of management by internal forces exhausted because of lack of experiences or capacities.
Structure
The management documentation is developed by Inekon Systems and Client’s specialists. It consists of three levels:
- Rules of Navigation as the highest layer set forth the basic rules and principles of the company top management while utilizing BNS. They reflect at the same time in any particular company environment three processing dimensions within which the top management takes place. They are the management cycles (strategic and tactical ones), processing regimes (Builder – modelling the future; Analyser – analysing achieved result) and operational areas (standard sales performance, performance profitability and cost and performance potentials).
- Rules of Navigation then specify in detail individual processes of the management control. They include concurrently both those dealing with the future and those dealing with the current reality.
- Rules of Navigation are the most detailed layer of management documents. They describe in detail utilization of individual panels by responsible persons. They include the specification listing their basic tasks in respect of separate areas (planning, planning corrections, development of forecasts, reporting, etc.).
Results of BNS – MS
- Processes of the management control are provided in accordance with the standardized professional methodology.
- Company by-laws are strengthened by adding documents, which replace uncontrolled development of the management control processes by defined regulations.
- Company management is enriched by new progressive aspects (flexible planning, variant planning, deviation analyses, etc.).
