Changes in Inekon Group Boards

Ing. Jan Hušek, PhD, formerly member of the supervisory board, was voted vice-chairman of the INEKON GROUP board of directors. Reciprocally, his chair in the supervisory board was taken by Ing. Miroslav Kuzma who retired from the board of directors and by appointment he took Jan Hušek's chair in the supervisory board of INEKON GROUP, a.s.

"The changes relate to the planned restructuralization of our Inekon Holding activities. Our goal is to optimize process and cost management for all companies in the Group. The new board of directors and the new supervisory board will suit the needs of current market development better," told Ing. Josef Hušek, chairman of the board and director general of Inekon Group. a. s. after the general meeting.

Ing. Jan Hušek, Ph.D. graduated from Department of Management and Economics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Technical University. His work in INEKON GROUP started in 2003 on the position of sales manager. Two years later, he became commercial director of INEKON SYSTEMS where he is still active in the development of the Business Navigation concept. Besides, he is the head of information systems research laboratory for undergraduates at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

Ing. Miroslav Kuzma, new member of the supervisory board, graduated from Jan Evangelista Purkynje University (Social Politics) and from Institute of Finance and Administration (Corporate Management). He has worked for INEKON GROUP since 2001. Currently, he is economic manager of the holding.
