The cooperative society DRUCHEMA was created in Prague in 1951. Currently, it is the leading Czech producer in the field of consumer chemical products. Its assortment is focused on car cosmetics, household agents, sports and hobby. It also supplies products for further industrial processing and implements state orders. INEKON acquired majority participation in Druchema in 1994. Immediately after that, a transformation of the cooperative into a modern producer of chemical products was started. Druchema's products are now successfully sold not only on Czech market but also in a number of European countries.

Quality is an important issue for Druchema cooperative. In 2002, the quality management system according to the European EN ISO 9001:2000 standard was introduced. The first certification occurred in March 2003 and its functionality is regularly verified by internal and external audits.
